    技术领域

    本发明涉及汽车电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种防止儿童被困车内的装置及方法。

    背景技术

    目前汽车已经在世界范围内普及,它在给人民带来便利的同时与用车相关的事故
    越来越多。世界各地都会有粗心的父母将婴幼儿遗忘在车内。在炎热的夏天,阳光暴晒下,
    封闭的车内只需要几十分钟就会达到60摄氏度以上,这样的环境下会导致车内儿童中暑甚
    至失去生命。近年来,儿童被遗忘车内导致受到伤害甚至死亡的新闻常有报道,虽然这样的
    事件相对于现有市场的汽车保有量仍然是极小概率时间,但是这样的悲剧对一个家庭的打
    击时极其沉重的,解决儿童滞留车内的安全问题有重要的现实意义。

    现有的一些发明主要是基于多传感器的方案利用座椅压力传感器,二氧化碳传感
    器,红外线传感器,温湿度传感器,摄像头等传感数据,判断车内是否有儿童被锁车内。但是
    这些方案的缺点也很明显的缺点:

    1、方案难以普及:车辆出厂前大部分商家为了控制成本不会因为儿童被困车内这
    种小概率事件而增加多种传感器;车辆使用后绝大部分用户也不会因为儿童被困车内这种
    小概率事件而购买专用硬件监测车内儿童滞留。

    2、传感器过多导致系统故障点增加,可靠性下降。

    3、即使检测到车内有被困人员,但是只能向外发送通知,无法处置,车内人员仍处
    在危险之中。

    发明内容

    本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。

    本发明还有一个目的是提供一种防止儿童被困车内的装置,基于车辆现有传感器
    进行检测,准确度高,且实施成本低,便于普及。

    为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:

    一种防止儿童被困车内的装置,包括:

    电控单元,用于在车辆熄火后判断车辆的状态信息;所述车辆的状态信息包括锁
    闭状态和非锁闭状态;其中所述锁闭状态具体指:车辆熄火、车门关闭、车窗关闭,以及车锁
    落锁;所述非锁闭状态具体指:除锁闭状态外的其他状态;

    收集单元,用于在电控单元判定所述车辆处于锁闭状态时收集所述车辆内的音频
    信息,并发送至所述电控单元以分析所述车辆内是否存在儿童被困;

    车身控制模块,用于电控单元分析所述车辆内存在儿童被困时,控制所述车辆的
    双闪开启并鸣笛;

    其中,所述电控单元利用由所述车身控制模块获取的车门、车窗以及车锁的状态
    判断所述车辆的状态信息;所述电控单元利用预设的声音模型对接收的音频信息进行识
    别,以判断所述车辆内是否存在儿童被困。

    优选的是,所述的防止儿童被困车内的装置中,所述声音模型由采集的多种儿童
    哭喊声数据训练得到。

    优选的是,所述的防止儿童被困车内的装置中,所述收集单元为所述车辆上已有
    的话筒或后期加装的话筒。

    优选的是,所述的防止儿童被困车内的装置中,所述话筒包括设置在车厢外部的
    第一话筒和设置在车厢内部的第二话筒,所述声音模型对第一话筒和第二话筒收集的音频
    信息分别进行识别,并将由第一话筒和第二话筒获取的音频信息中识别出的儿童的声音信
    息进行对比,且仅在第二话筒获取的音频信息中包含的儿童的声音信息的声音强度大于第
    一话筒获取的音频信息中包含的儿童的声音信息的声音强度时,判定所述车辆内存在儿童
    被困。

    优选的是,所述的防止儿童被困车内的装置中,所述车身控制模块在电控单元判
    定车辆内存在儿童被困时,持续获取车厢内的温度值并发送至所述电控单元;所述电控单
    元在温度值高于预设的高温门限时,向所述车身控制模块发送控制信号,使所述车身控制
    模块控制车窗部分打开。

    优选的是,所述的防止儿童被困车内的装置中,还包括:

    车辆联网系统,用于所述电控单元判定车辆内存在儿童被困时,向车主以及相关
    服务机构发送风险信息。

    一种防止儿童被困车内的方法,包括以下步骤:

    S1、电控单元在车辆熄火后判断车辆是否处于锁闭状态;是,则转入S2;否,则间隔
    30-60s后重复S1;

    S2、收集单元收集所述车辆内的音频信息;

    S3、电控单元根据S2收集的音频信息分析车内是否存在儿童被困;是,则转入S4;
    否,则结束步骤;

    S4、车身控制模块控制所述车辆的双闪开启并鸣笛。

    优选的是,所述的防止儿童被困车内的方法中,S4后还包括:

    S5、车身控制模块实时检测车内的温度值;

    本发明的防止儿童被困车内的装置中,采用电控单元ECU、车身控制模块BCM以及
    在车辆上设置的收集单元的配合,实现了对车辆内部是否存在被困儿童的精确检测、预警
    以及主动营救,有效的避免了因儿童被困车辆内存在的风险,其中ECU和BCM均是现有车辆
    的固有传感器,因而所述装置的实施简单易实现,且成本低,便于普及。

    本发明的其它优点、目标和特征将部分通过下面的说明体现,部分还将通过对本
    发明的研究和实践而为本领域的技术人员所理解。

    具体实施方式

    下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明,以令本领域普通技术人员参阅本说明书后能
    够据以实施。

    如图1所示,一种防止儿童被困车内的装置,包括:

    电控单元,用于在车辆熄火后判断车辆的状态信息;所述车辆的状态信息包括锁
    闭状态和非锁闭状态;其中所述锁闭状态具体指:车辆熄火、车门关闭、车窗关闭,以及车锁
    落锁;所述非锁闭状态具体指:除锁闭状态外的其他状态;

    收集单元,用于在电控单元判定所述车辆处于锁闭状态时收集所述车辆内的音频
    信息,并发送至所述电控单元以分析所述车辆内是否存在儿童被困;

    车身控制模块,用于电控单元分析所述车辆内存在儿童被困时,控制所述车辆的
    双闪开启并鸣笛;

    其中,所述电控单元利用由所述车身控制模块获取的车门、车窗以及车锁的状态
    判断所述车辆的状态信息;所述电控单元利用预设的声音模型对接收的音频信息进行识
    别,以判断所述车辆内是否存在儿童被困。

    在上述方案中,所述防止儿童被困车内的装置的具体工作流程为:电控单元在检
    测到车辆熄火后开启判断车辆的状态,其中判定车辆的状态包括判断车辆是否熄火、车门
    是否关闭、车窗是否关闭以及车锁是否落锁,并在检测到车辆熄火、车门关闭、车门关闭以
    及车锁落锁时判定车辆已锁闭,然后向收集单元发送收集信号,收集单元获取车辆附近的
    音频信息发送给电控单元,电控单元通过预制的声音模型对音频信息进行识别,以判断车
    内是否有儿童被困,并在判定存在儿童被困时向车身控制模块发送信号,车身控制模块控
    制车辆的双闪打开,并使车辆鸣笛,以获取周围人群的注意,从而便于及时发现车内被困的
    儿童,以对儿童进行解救。

    通过采用电控单元ECU、车身控制模块BCM以及在车辆上设置的收集单元的配合,
    实现了对车辆内部是否存在被困儿童的精确检测、预警以及主动营救,有效的避免了因儿
    童被困车辆内存在的风险,其中ECU和BCM均是现有车辆的固有传感器,因而所述装置的实
    施简单易实现,且成本低,便于普及。

    因ECU和BCM均为车辆本身的固有硬件,因而本发明所述的防止儿童被困车内的装
    置的布置基本不用在车辆上增加额外硬件,利用车辆的信息娱乐系统就可以实现ECU的功
    能,且目前很多车型甚至可以通过软件升级的方式就可以实现此功能,使装置的实施成本
    大幅降低,便于普及。

    一个优选方案中,所述声音模型由采集的多种儿童哭喊声数据训练得到。

    在上述方案中,通过对多种儿童哭喊声数据进行采集并训练,以形成声音模型,使
    得声音模型包含的儿童哭喊声数据更加丰富并全面,以利于对于采集的音频信息的精准识
    别。

    一个优选方案中,所述收集单元为所述车辆上已有的话筒或后期加装的话筒。

    在上述方案中,收集单元仅为车辆上已有的话筒或后期加装的话筒就能实现对车
    内音频的收集,实施简单,便于推广,且现有车辆大部分均已经安装有话筒,因而仅需对车
    辆的电控单元进行升级,即可在车辆落锁后控制话筒进行工作,实施方法简单,成本低廉。

    一个优选方案中,所述话筒包括设置在车厢外部的第一话筒和设置在车厢内部的
    第二话筒,所述声音模型对第一话筒和第二话筒收集的音频信息分别进行识别,并将由第
    一话筒和第二话筒获取的音频信息中识别出的儿童的声音信息进行对比,且仅在第二话筒
    获取的音频信息中包含的儿童的声音信息的声音强度大于第一话筒获取的音频信息中包
    含的儿童的声音信息的声音强度时,判定所述车辆内存在儿童被困。

    在上述方案中,现有车辆大部分在车厢内均已经设置有话筒,而部分车辆在车厢
    外部也设置有话筒,因而所述防止儿童被困车内的装置的实现仅需对原有车厢话筒的控制
    程序进行升级即可实现,非常简单方便。通过在车厢内外分别设置第一话筒和第二话筒,使
    得对于车厢内外的音频信息分别进行获取,而电控单元对第一话筒和第二话筒获取的音频
    信息分别进行分析并对比,避免将车厢外部儿童的声音信息判定为车内儿童的信息,从而
    提高了装置的判断准确度,避免了误判;另外,对于车厢内的第一话筒的设置,还可以在车
    厢内不同位置设置话筒,例如对儿童一般乘坐的车厢后排座椅处增设话筒,以便于更清晰
    准确的收集到车厢内的儿童的哭喊声。

    一个优选方案中,所述车身控制模块在电控单元判定车辆内存在儿童被困时,持
    续获取车厢内的温度值并发送至所述电控单元;所述电控单元在温度值高于预设的高温门
    限时,向所述车身控制模块发送控制信号,使所述车身控制模块控制车窗部分打开。

    在上述方案中,通过车身控制模块实时获取车辆内的温度值,并在电控单元内设
    置高温门限值,使得在车辆内存在被困儿童时,能够在车厢内温度过高时,及时控制车窗打
    开,便于车厢内温度迅速降低,以保证儿童的安全,且车窗的部分打开避免儿童爬出窗外,
    或者犯罪分子将儿童由车窗抱走。

    一个优选方案中,还包括:

    车辆联网系统,用于所述电控单元判定车辆内存在儿童被困时,向车主以及相关
    服务机构发送风险信息。

    在上述方案中,车辆联网系统T-Box在现有大部分车辆上均有装设,因而通过T-
    Box的应用,可使电控单元在判定车内存在被困儿童时,将风险信息及时发送给车主以及相
    关服务机构,以便将被困儿童及时解救,保证儿童安全。其中服务机构可以是消防机构、车
    辆救援机构以及医疗急救机构等任意相关的服务机构。

    一种防止儿童被困车内的方法,包括以下步骤:

    S1、电控单元在车辆熄火后判断车辆是否处于锁闭状态;是,则转入S2;否,则间隔
    30-60s后重复S1;

    S2、收集单元收集所述车辆内的音频信息;

    S3、电控单元根据S2收集的音频信息分析车内是否存在儿童被困;是,则转入S4;
    否,则结束步骤;

    S4、车身控制模块控制所述车辆的双闪开启并鸣笛。

    在上述方案中,电控单元在检测到车辆熄火后开启判断车辆是否为锁闭状态,其
    中车辆的锁闭状态为:熄火、车门关闭、车门关闭以及车锁落锁,即车辆内部构成了一个封
    闭的锁闭空间,此时电控单元向收集单元发送收集信号,话筒获取车辆附近的音频信息发
    送给电控单元,电控单元通过对音频信息的分析判断车内是否有儿童被困,并在判定存在
    儿童被困时向车身控制模块发送信号,车身控制模块控制车辆的双闪打开,并使车辆鸣笛,
    以获取周围人群的注意,从而便于及时发现车内被困的儿童,以对儿童进行解救。

    通过采用电控单元ECU、车身控制模块BCM以及在车辆上设置的收集单元的配合,
